Rich van Seenus - Broker Associate/REALTOR - Team Leader

A seasoned Real Estate Broker and licensed General Contractor, Rich has an enduring disciplined work ethic and strong attention to detail. His clients often speak of his high level of integrity and analytical abilities. In his free time Rich enjoys yoga, hiking, and spending time with his wife and three boys, and also volunteers as a Boy-Scout Leader.

Raised in Santa Barbara, Rich attended San Marcos High School while also working as a Manager in the family business, Lazy Acres Market. While studying Business and Architecture at Woodbury University, Rich pursued his passion by studying Urban Design and Architecture in both Paris and Barcelona.

Rich began his Real Estate career in 1999, and has remained committed to providing clients with exceptional service. His reputation is one of being professional, calm, objective, and easy to work with. A former Land Director for Pulte Homes and Del Webb, Rich is also proficient in acquisitions, entitlements, and land development. Having procured approximately 8,000 residential lots and homes for national home builders, his knowledge of entitlements and various construction methods makes him versatile in any transaction.

Renae Conner - REALTOR Associate - Showing Agent

It was a natural transition for Renae to enter into the filed of Real Estate. During her college years and beyond Renae began her selling career, and perfected her customer service skills at Nordstrom where she was employed for over 7 years. During this time Renae held various positions within the company including managing new salespeople and training new Nordstrom hires for success. She left Nordstrom to start a family and during that time she bought her first home and realized that she was quite the home improvement enthusiast. It was during this time too that Renae started her own Bookeeping Business. While she loved the feeling and pride of home ownership, she could now better understand the financial benefits, complications, and decisions to be made regarding a family's largest asset. She sold her home and moved to Santa Barbara 3 years later. Renae is committed to Santa Barbara and during her time here has purchased a home and is managing renters, and also is in the process of a complete remodel with her new husband on their current home.
